St George’s Gardens Nears Completion
At DeTrafford, our development St George’s Gardens has got the health and wellbeing of its residents at its heart. The luxury apartments have been handcrafted by our in-house design team to ensure working from home spaces are available, with winter gardens that bring the outside in and a community vibe that can be felt from the open roof garden.
At St George’s Gardens, we have held back an exclusive selection of units for home buyers who were unable to purchase off plan. We are delighted with the excellent interest from owner occupiers for the remaining 50% of the development and are excited now to show these units off to homebuyers.
Despite Manchester’s tier 3 restrictions and the national lockdown, we are working safely and responsibly to help homebuyers view properties virtually in line with the government guidelines. If absolutely vital, we are also accommodating a short, socially distanced viewing.
We are adapting in the face of the ever-changing environment in 2020 and where we had planned a large open day for the launch of the development, we have changed this to a virtual open day. Like so many businesses we are utilising technology to access our potential customers.
Our virtual open day will be held on 21st November and will show case the stunning roof top bar, yoga space and their stunning show apartments. The development is coming to completion in a matter of weeks and the interest from home buyers is growing and growing.
